More Than a Perfume Workshop – A Journey into the Art of Fragrance

At Gallery Les Arts Turcs, perfume is not treated as a souvenir or a tourist activity. It is introduced as an art form shaped by nature, culture, craftsmanship, and memory.

Since 1997, Gallery Les Arts Turcs has welcomed visitors from around the world to experience authentic Turkish arts through workshops led by skilled artists. Today, this philosophy continues through our exclusive perfume workshops.

Our sessions are guided by experienced perfumers and artists using carefully selected natural raw materials. Rather than relying heavily on synthetic fragrance ingredients, we focus on the richness and complexity of botanical essences whenever possible.

Every ingredient has a story.

The rose you blend into your perfume is not just a beautiful scent—it carries the history of the rose fields of Isparta, where the flowers are harvested by hand before sunrise. We have walked those fields, picked the roses alongside local farmers, shared breakfast with their families, and witnessed the traditional copper stills transforming thousands of fresh blossoms into precious rose oil.

During the workshop, these stories become part of your creative process. You will discover where fragrance materials come from, how they are cultivated, distilled, and valued by the world’s greatest perfume houses.

Instead of simply following a formula, you will learn to build a fragrance by understanding the harmony between top, heart, and base notes while creating a perfume that reflects your own personality.

This is why our workshop is different.

You are not only making a perfume.

You are discovering the people behind the ingredients, the traditions that preserve them, and the centuries-old connection between Anatolia and the art of perfumery.

When you leave, you take home something much more valuable than a bottle of fragrance.

You take home a story—one that began before sunrise in the rose fields of Isparta and continues with every drop of the perfume you created.
